I am a Cuddle Party Facilitator and intimacy coach, and my work centers on facilitating the discovery of true desires and the creation of circumstances which allow for those desires to be fulfilled.  Introspection, tools used to access the subconscious and unconscious parts of the self, and experiential healing of past wounds combine with desire to enable clients to deepen intimacy with themselves and with others.  My work is often supplemented and focused by touch. 

My own journey currently consists of meditation, breath work, and continually increasing awareness of the wholeness of my being, including, but not limited to, my ego.  Though I have a very useful and intelligent mind, I use touch, movement and meditation to bypass my mind and make connections with myself and others on another, higher plane. 

When I do decide to spend time in the playground of my mind, I love to read, watch quality films and television, talk endlessly of the structures and dynamics of human interaction.  Other pursuits that bring me joy are dancing, sewing, planning travel and my next Burning Man appearance and, of course, cuddling.
